As a customer engagement associate, you will act as the link between the customers and our brand by guiding them after the purchase has been made. You will be part of the company's first line of support by engaging with customer queries; however, you will also proactively engage with customers via social media and other channels to keep customers engaged.
You must be a friendly and engaging individual with an eagerness to help people solve problems. As a company, we are a small and tight group of people spread between the UK and the US. Responsibilities Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems Provide data and guides to help the sales team Develop and monitor performance indicators Suggest sales process improvements Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board Keep record of sales trends
