The Network Management team was conceived to solve the hardest, cross-functional problems within the microfufillment and nanofulfillment space. This includes developing a flexible and agile supply chain within a complex web of constraints and coordinating across groups to ensure that strategies, metrics, and goals are aligned. Customers are the most important part of our business, and we need to enable our network to always hit our delivery promise to them. This requires carefully choreographed activities like the placement of our sites, understanding delivery zones, operationalizing process lead times, and positioning inventory to optimize for selection, speed, capacity, reliability, and cost.
Gopuff is looking for a passionate and accomplished leader with proven experience in business management, driving organizational change, and developing new, innovative ideas that will stretch Network Strategy and push the boundaries of microfulfilment. As head of Network Strategy, you will be asked to drive key initiatives to increase speed and consistency to customers and reduce costs across the business. This is a unique role that operates at the intersection of network strategy, category planning, inventory replenishment, supply chain operations, and technology. A successful Head of Network Strategy will collaboratively work with Fulfillment Centers, Transportation, Field Operations, and Product and Technology.
