Our #EngineeredOptics team is currently seeking to hire a Metrology Applications Engineering Manager with at least a Master's or equivalent learning in photonics, optics, or physics, in addition to 5 - 10 years of successful work experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal and external customer metrology request
Data analysis for display related application
Work with cross functional team to help improve device performance
Lab management and sample tracking
Functional Knowledge
Background on optics, metrology, and data analysis
Industrial experience on display or semiconductor metrology
Expertise on characterization of thin films, gratings and other nanophotonic devices
Proficient on Python/Matlab for data analysis, image process
Business Expertise
Applies in-depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the segment/function
Leadership
Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources
Problem Solving
Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems
