Project Administrator

ADP is hiring a Project Administrator. This position coordinates, supports and/or tracks the work activities of assigned projects pertaining to the development, implementation and execution of a wide variety of projects and systems used to support the strategic initiatives of OneADP locations. Assigned projects include initiatives such as, internal marketing and education, reporting and analysis and planning site events. The incumbent functions as a liaison between and among various departments and business units in order to develop project plans and effectively implement new initiatives. Effective project management and communication skills as well as complete knowledge of the ADP organization and systems are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Develops project plans, tracks project status, and updates plans accordingly as they relate to OneADP locations. These projects will be varied and wide-ranging in scope; examples include: event coordination such as managing NANO forecasting, scheduling and planning; coordination of LEAD committee and BRG meetings, creation and maintenance of key data and metrics for OneADP locations and creation of on-site communications. Designs, develops, maintains and ensures the integrity of OneADP location's SharePoint/ADPWorks. Manages the design and implementation of pages and applications, and the development of user interface features, site animation, and special effects elements. Ensures adherence to ADP standards. Consults with internal experts, managers, Human Resources and other groups to identify, develop and publish content on OneADP location's Sharepoint/ADPWorks. Develops and ensures accuracy and currency of content. Develops and maintains reports. Maintains multiple contact lists. Provides telephone support as needed. Manages calendars through appointment scheduling, creating recurring appointments, coordinates meetings via videoconference, etc. Assists with budget and financial responsibilities related to projects; manages Ariba purchasing; maintains and orders supplies as needed; creates professional presentations through PowerPoint; supports travel arrangements for visitors; maintains visitor announcements and other administrative tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:


Education: Degree or Equivalent in Education and Experience


Experience: Over 3 Years,upto 5 Years. Demonstrated project management experience involving projects with varying levels of complexity required. Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities. Experience in HR related programs and processes. Experience in managing and organizing projects. Experience in analyzing data and recommending courses of action. Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint.

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:


Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work across organizations with limited supervision Good analytical skills and ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace. Ability to work with different time zones, different cultures and different geographies and with all levels of leadership. Detail oriented
