Description

Ready to inspire others and share our wonderful brand mission with the world? We are looking for a Community Coordinator to take on growing, supporting, and engaging our social community! Help us share all the happenings and thoughts of our Phenomenally Vegan company and leader, seek out important conversations, show awesome behind the scenes, and tap into the pulse of the vegan movement.


Responsibilities:


Community Engagement on social media platforms, including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, with key KPIS of growth and engagement. Generate on-brand, creative, and engaging social copy, including comments, captions, newsletters and more. Manage our superfans Facebook group, TasteMmmakers, and hone strategy for growth/engagement. Help to build out brand voice and pull/create content as needed from Miyoko and team members. Track all social listening. Monitor vegan community, like-brands, and social & world happenings and provide ways on which we can quickly and impactfully engage. Works with content team to provide insight on what consumers and potential consumers want to see/hear and forecast future conversations and content needs. Analyze and track performance of content as it relates to our community and platforms. Management of 'everyday influencers' both highly engaged #1 fans and general consumers. Support execution of social media campaigns and monthly content calendars, such as gathering assets, identifying UGC, and adding relevant hashtags. Other duties may be assigned.
Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Experience in social listening reports and content performance analytics (such as Social Sprout). Experience managing nano influencer campaigns (such as Heartbeat, Aspire IQ, Cohley). Proven experience fostering community growth through Facebook groups, LIVES, polling, and more. Proven experience using analytics and social listening tools to guide community growth and prove affective efforts. Great writing/grammar/editing skills. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints and converse about such topics as veganism, sustainability, and social justice. Experience at a mission-driven company is a plus.
