GBG is currently hiring for a Full-Time Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team in our corporate office in Hamilton, NJ.
Job Duties:
Posting job ads Sourcing and screening resumes Phone screening candidates and scheduling interviews Setting up new hire orientation Coordinating onboarding process for new hires including, new hire paperwork and completing everify process Prepare new hire gifts Coordinate college relation fairs, internship program, and networking Coordinate employee referral program Research and suggest new recruitment sources Conduct internal audits Generate and maintain reports Assist with special events Assist with special projects Other related duties as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree Preferred but not required Proficient in the English language 1-2 years Human Resources or Administrative experience Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) Strong Oral and Written Communications Skills Must maintain confidentiality of all information handled Must be a self-starter Must be detailed oriented
