The Materials and Structural Analysis Electron Microscopy (EM) business enables customers to find meaningful answers to questions that accelerate breakthrough discoveries, increase productivity, and ultimately change the world. We design, manufacture, and support the broadest range of high-performance microscopy workflows that provide images and answers in the micro-, nano-, and picometer scales. Combining hardware and software expertise in electron, ion, and light microscopy with deep application knowledge in the materials science, life sciences, electronics, and natural resources markets, the worldwide Electron Microscopy employees are dedicated to customers' pursuit of discovery and resolution to global challenges.

How will you make an impact?


In this position, you will work closely with relevant global stakeholders in the Service department, Divisional marketing, Business Units, Marketing operations and various other functional disciplines. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing global team and work across multiple facets of the marketing profession.


Reporting into the Sr. Service Sales Enablement Manager you will build and drive delivery of a comprehensive and integrated strategy, in collaboration with market development, and aligned to marketing strategies to deliver on objectives and generate positive return on investment. You will lead a team which will support service product management and BU market development in creating, managing and maintaining both customer facing and internal materials to communicate the value propositions of our services and solutions.


The role requires a “sleeves rolled up” approach, in a fast paced, agile environment. The ability to collaborate with peers and management, demonstrate exceptional judgement and professional maturity while modeling loyalty, integrity, honesty and mutual respect is critical.


What will you do?


Build, drive & execute a comprehensive and integrated demand generation strategy (In collaboration with business partners, and utilizing centralized divisional marketing operations resources together with marketing automation technology) Build, drive & execute a comprehensive and integrated customer communications strategy (In collaboration with business partners, and utilizing centralized divisional marketing operations resources) Build, develop & lead a team of demand generation and communication specialists to ensure cohesive strategy, planning and best-in-class execution Manage the outbound marketing budget, allocating funds for projects to align with priorities and business objectives Plan, develop & execute annual marketing campaigns, programs, projects & tactics based on input from product managers, market development and other stakeholders Communicate results and key performance indicators to leadership and adjust approach where needed to achieve goals Oversee delivery and optimization of customer experiences including events, webinars, website & social media, in collaboration with business partners. Development, management, deployment and optimization of impactful targeted content & messaging to support NPI, market penetration and changes to service delivery Proactive engagement with sales channels and delivery channels to collect feedback which will drive continuous improvement of the buyer’s journey, the seller’s journey and the customer’s journey Lead and drive internal initiatives to communicate the value propositions of our services and solutions. Represent service in internal projects, meetings, and initiatives Commitment to fostering a safe, equitable and accepting workplace environment

How will you get here?


Education


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field required

Experience


Minimum 5+ years of Marketing or Marketing Communications experience in a B2B environment (experience in services will be considered a plus) Minimum 2+ years of experience in a people manager role Experience addressing international customers is desirable Experience working with international teams is desirable

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities


Familiarity with marketing automation best practices is desirable Familiarity with Agile marketing practices is desirable
