The Manager, VIP & Influencer Marketing will be part of the Communications & Earned Media team, with the core objective of identifying and managing strategic relationships with influencers, content creators, and VIPs that drive brand awareness, align values and deliver on business objectives. This role is integral to amplifying and positioning brand communication, campaigns, events and activations to reach new, targeted audiences using Influencer Marketing tactics that blend traditional Entertainment PR and Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Identify talent partners based on Global and Regional briefs and project needs, taking a strategic, data-driven, and holistic view of influencer marketing encompassing nano, micro, macro influencers, content creators, and VIPs Manage talent briefings and executional conversations around events, partnerships, dressing and legal contract procedures with talent partners. Maintain ongoing talent relationships with mailings, giftings and outreach on brand initiatives, building close relationships that create alignment, transparency and consumer impact Continuously identify new programs/initiatives/events to drive the brand vision, looking for first-move opportunities to leverage Ability to design, secure & track/measure commercial successful partnerships and content activations Manage key dressing events such as MET, and high visibility initiatives Oversee the development and delivery all information & support needed to drive Influence Media coverage & buzz in LatAm markets and support cross-functional teams in taking advantage of relevant Influencer opportunities Understand social media, ecommerce and communications content needs, and identify ways to leverage Influencer Marketing partnerships and strategies as a content pipeline Measure and recap ROI across initiatives in order to gauge success and inform future strategy Compile and analyze relevant competitive and talent data through publicly available information and via digital subscriptions / agencies Manage trafficking of samples, gifting, and collateral. Drive product placement into television and film Manage the Influencer Marketing calendar for the Americas based on Regional planning and Global programming opportunities
Responsible for tracking invoices related to VIP & Influencer Marketing
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree 3-4+ years of related experience, preferably within Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or PR
Fluency in established and emerging Social Media platforms – Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Clubhouse, etc.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs/ Dealing with ambiguity
Ability to balance and align the creative and business needs of a project
Proactive approach-ability to anticipate future actions that may be required
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and budgets
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong project management/time management skills
PC Skills, including MS Office, and MS Outlook
MAC experience, a plus
Experience with image editing and photography (Adobe Suite)
Must be able to see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically
Must be able to work both as a team member and independently
Ability to work in fluid environment with changing priorities, required
