Our Engineered Optics team is seeking to hire a Process Technician for Back End of Line fabrication of photonic devices.
Key Responsibilities
Dicing
Wet Cleaning
Operate and maintain Stacking and binning equipment
Operate microscopes and metrology equipment
Record and track data
Functional Knowledge
Experience operation wafer dicing equipment
Ability to work on equipment hardware
Experience with operation of metrology equipment
Experience using high power microscopes
Experience glass devices handling protocols
Experience working in a cleanroom environment
Experience working with cleaning solvents
Has developed advanced specialized expertise within a analytical/scientific area to perform the most complex work
Business Expertise
Has a good understanding of how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives
Leadership
May act as a lead for the team, may allocate work and provide subject matter guidance to more junior team members
