Job Duties:
Verify identity of resident receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage, and time of administration on specified forms or records. Present medication to resident and observe ingestion or other application, or administer medication. Take vital signs or observe resident to detect response to specified types of medications and prepare report or notify designated personnel of unexpected reactions. Document any reasons prescribed drugs are not administered and report to charge nurse. Give direct resident care, such as assisting with bathing, dressing, and assisting in examinations and treatments. Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
Education and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED required CPR preferred, not required. Certified through State of South Dakota for Nurse Assistant and completes UAP accepted.

Schedule: Full Time, Varied Shifts, 7:00pm-7:30am, 11:00pm-7:30am; 72hrs/2wks
