GBG is currently hiring for a Full-Time Entry-Level Bilingual Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team in our corporate office in Hamilton, NJ.
Job Duties:
Provide general recruitment support, including:
Posting job ads Sourcing and screening resumes Phone screening candidates (primarily in English; in Spanish when required) Scheduling interviews Setting up New Hire Orientation Coordinate onboarding process for new hires including new paperwork and completing the E-Verify
process Prepare new hire gifts Coordinate college relations including Career Fairs, Internship Program, and networking Coordinate Employee Referral Program Research and suggest new recruitment sources Conduct internal audits Generate and maintain reports Assist with special events Assist with special projects Other related duties as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in English and Spanish languages (oral and written) required 1-2 years Human Resources or Administrative experience is preferred but not
required Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Strong oral and written communication skills Must maintain confidentiality regarding all information handled Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented
