We seek people who:
Serve as one of the core social media contacts for the Vionic brand
Create, manage and report on all campaigns on all owned social channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok account
Utilize Tagger application to identify potential partners, as well as test and track campaings
Track and report relevant competitive data, trends, analytics and KPIs associated with partnerships, while managing infleuncer marketing budget
Partner with e-comm and marketing team brand efforts and website
Lead contract negotiation with talent and/or their agents/managers, ensuring clear scope of work, alignment on timeline and deliverables while driving cost efficiencies
Increase brand awareness, engagement, consideration and conversion
Guide influencer campaigns from ideation and pitching to campaign execution, including paid engagements, unpaid nano seeding, and experiential integration
We seek people with these qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing, Communications, digital media or related field strongly preferred
2-3 years previous influencer marketing management, campaign experience, digital media planning and/or placement experience preferred
Influencer marketing and Analytic tool experience (Tagger, Grin, Curalate, etc.), Google Workspace
Natural storyteller who understands and communicate the brand DNA, voice and aesthetics
Understanding of and interest in the fashion, beauty, streetwear and dance space is a plus
Fluency with analytics and interpreting data into creative, action-oriented insights and strategy. Experience managing budgets
