The Influencer Relations Manager is a highly motivated individual with a passion for Social Media, deep love of the fashion and beauty industry, and a robust knowledge of the influencer landscape. This role will play a critical role in supporting a fast-growing, influencer marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting and creating new and unique influencer marketing campaigns that drive key engagement and hit business metrics. In this role, you will have a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, experience incorporating creators into brand campaigns, strong relationships with influencer talent and a proficiency with measurement tools and social channels for optimal reporting. This person is responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with bloggers, influencers, stylists, tastemakers, their agents and teams when relevant.
Essential Job Functions
Develop, implement and manage successful, brand-right Global Influencer strategy that amplifies ABH brand and marketing messages across new, relevant audiences, and leverages the credibility and unique POV of the Influencer to tell our brand story (includes paid editorial, gifting, collaborative content development and general digital communications efforts, owning budget globally). Develop and maintain direct relationships with Mega, Mid-Tier, Micro and Nano creators; success will be measured by how talent meets company goals and KPI’s. Co-create and manage day-to-day influencer affiliate program to drive sales and increase brand love among our community. Partner with influencers and Anastasia Beverly Hills’ internal teams to help create impactful campaigns that drive meaningful conversation around new and existing product launches. Drive regular communication and engagement with influencers. Create briefs and onboarding materials on a monthly basis to keep influencer partners informed on their duties and responsibilities. Negotiate and contract influencers on a regular basis to ensure brand standards are met and deliverables are fulfilled. Collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders (PR, Social, Legal, Ecom) teams. to amplify impact across the board. Maintain knowledge and expertise and be resident expert in the space Have a pulse on trends and leaders in the influencer/ social communities. Develop creative strategies to secure influencer participation while delivering results for key brand. Partner with key cross-functional teams to influence successful, measurable marketing ideas, and plans in order to hit OKR’s, while integrating influencer participation in our marketing, advertising, owned and operated channels and events. Maintain KPI’s and insights both internally and with external partners to benchmark expectations and goals. Manage the execution of a high volume of influencer activations throughout the year, retail, license partner, wholesale partner, global events, website integrations, UGC campaigns and more. Manage contract negotiation with talent agents ensuring clear scope of work and alignment on timeline and deliverables. Partner with legal team to draft and execute influencer contracts. Maintain an influencer database with accurate and up to date brand partnerships.
Requirements
BS / BA required, Marketing / Communications degrees. Influencer Industry savvy; up on the latest changes in influencer marketing and the competitive landscape. Demonstrated track record of working with a small but mighty team. Strong ability to track and report on business KPI’s, in addition to using key influencer marketing platforms for analysis and post-campaign reporting. A strong Rolodex of talent contacts that will support your candidacy; you have worked directly and successfully with top-tier talent and have relationships with influential talent representatives. A track record of problem-solving key strategic challenges in the industry by identifying creative solutions. An innovative approach to developing and achieving key success metrics and demonstrated ability to influence successful outcomes through impactful influencer work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
