We are looking for an HR Business Partner to build engagement and drive business results by delivering measurable and sustained solutions. The HR Business Partner will take a true partnership approach, contributing to both tactical and strategic levels as a trusted advisor to leaders and an advocate for employees.
Your Responsibilities
Culture building based on US and corporate vision. Manage Full-Lifecycle hiring processes end-to-end- from initiation, understanding business needs, building the interviewing process, kickoffs, jobs posting, sourcing, coordinating, performing HR interviews and prepare offers to candidates. Work according to the employment laws in each state we operate in. Alignment to support US time zones. Setting up pay bands for the US based on market competitiveness. Implement HR global policies and strategic career development for US employees. Resolving conflicts and perform investigations in the office. Team building and education. Confidential people review against expectations/goals/culture on quarterly basis – ensure we are building the right team and managers Support of HR for M&A – inspecting their policies to ensure are employee friendly. Support of termination documentation to minimize post termination legal action Coordinate employment legal matters with counsel in the US Collaborate with the global HR team members across regions.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role, preferably at a high-growth or software company. Experience working with leaders in tech and product. Excellent problem solving, influencing and communication skills in conflict management. Innovative in approaching situations and is an advocate for change. Ability to comfortably interact with employees of all levels of experience and seniority, across the organization. Working knowledge of compensation practices, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. Global recruitment experience. “Can do” attitude, high energy, initiative Ability to relocated to Boston.
