Building Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

The Building Logistics Coordinator oversees all public building operations and helps manage large or small changes in these areas. This position interfaces directly with new and existing faculty, students, and staff to provide a positive interaction and generate a comfortable environment for customer support for research and personal needs at the Birck Nanotechnology Center. The Building Logistics Coordinator will be a Liaison to interface with several different campus departments across Purdue campus and work closely with outside contractors to manage systems used at the center. This role also has supervision responsibility over other employees while serving as a “working supervisor”.




Required:


High School Diploma/GED Four (4) years experience with shipping/receiving, mail distribution, and record-keeping


Preferred:


Experience with chemical delivery/handling/storage Experience functionally or administratively supervising others
