Job Description
Candidate will be project lead on building a project related to novel memory concepts and their use in rad-hard semiconductor chips. Candidate needs technical experience working on novel memory concepts from design through wafer processing and finally characterization. Candidate needs experience working with government agencies to get funding for new technology concepts.
Qualifications
PhD or MS in Material Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with an interest or existing implementation experience in these areas.
