Lead a vigorous, exciting, and externally funded research program in the area of pharmaceutics, drug delivery or nanotechnology.
Provide teaching in the graduate program, including mentoring and direct supervision of PhD and MS students.
Provide teaching in the Doctor of Pharmacy program.
Provide service to the department, college, university, profession and public.
Teaching in the area of pharmaceutics will be required.
Commitment to collegiality, collaboration and success of the Department and College.
Unique Duties
Qualifications
PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmaceutics or related disciplines.
High potential to develop or have developed a vigorous externally funded research program.
High impact original research publications in relevant journals in the fields related to pharmaceutical sciences, pharmaceutics, drug delivery and/or nanotechnology.
High potential to provide or have demonstrated exceptional teaching to both MS/PhD and/or Doctor of Pharmacy students.
Outline and develop an innovative, high impact research program.
High or demonstrated potential for service on national/international bodies derived from recognized excellence in research and leadership.
