The Process Operator aids the Manufacturing and Engineering teams to accomplish Pixelligent’s technical goals.
Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing equipment Perform documented laboratory chemical processes Provide technical support and assistance to chemists and engineers Produce and record accurate data for research and development projects Input data into computer databases Follow written procedures to perform basic maintenance on equipment Handling of drum quantities of process solvents and process waste solvents Meet laboratory safety, sample labeling, and housekeeping requirements
Required Education & Experience
High School Diploma with manufacturing experience, Associated degree in Science related field a plus
Required Skills & Abilities
Ability to lift 50 pounds Experienced with Microsoft products Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages and ratios) Detail Oriented Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task in a collaborative work environment Able to wear a respirator
Desired Skills & Abilities
1-3 years of laboratory or manufacturing experience Intermediate Excel skills Experience in ISO Certified manufacturing environment
