What youâll learn & achieve::

The international project coordinator supports consultants and clients to implement a successful project lifecycle, helps to ensure our services are running smoothly, and the information we send to clients is accurate and up to date.



MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for a mix of the following activities (percentage of time for each may vary based on the needs of the department): manage projects of mid to high-level complexity, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are carried out; and/or support active representation clients, such as answering regulatory/market questions, performing device registrations, and assisting with other service activities for the client as required.


Executes projects per basic best practices and provides status updates to clients on a regular basis. Lead project calls with clients and consultants. Monitor project budget and consultant hours per service guidelines, when applicable Contributes to 1-2 service teams by helping to ensure service information on SharePoint is up to date, drafts FAQs, and identifies areas for service improvement Contributes to 1-2 larger scale Operations/Corporate projects with cross-functional team members.
Other operational and project management duties, as assigned. Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent based on evaluation of credentials, training and/or experience). Demonstrated ability to facilitate customer meetings, negotiate and influence outcomes. Ability to identify and manage priorities as demonstrated by the ability to establish, track, and meet schedules for multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.
