Job Title: IT Business partner collaboration

In this role you will engage with business partners and end-users on digital collaboration. You will seek for continuous improvement, simplification, automation and translate business requirements into IT requirements.

What are your responsibilities?

Application management of collaboration tools like O365 and Jira Create user instruction materials in different forms and lead and facilitate training Bring collaboration platform to a higher level Stay up to date with new tools and technologies

What do you need to be successful in this role?

You have knowledge of collaboration tools and can convey this to the end users with enthusiasm and passion At least 2 years’ relevant work experience
