The role:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent service to our OEM customers, distributors, and sales team for the North America region. The main responsibilities will be receiving and directing incoming calls, order entry process, with direct communication with customers and factory throughout the order cycle, but flexibility and willingness to embrace new tasks is also essential. The individual will need to be an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-starter and a team player.
Primary Responsibilities:
Receive and direct incoming phone calls Respond timely and professionally to customer, distributor, and sales team inquiries regarding products and availability. Be a primary point-of-contact between customer and nano to proactively resolve questions regarding pricing, availability, shipping, quality issues, samples, etc. Explain the basic features and benefits of nano and its products to customers. Schedule parcel and freight shipments to customers and distributors. Outbound calls and customer follow-up

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational skills and thorough follow up Customer focused (both internal and external) Active listening skills; Seek to address the customer’s unspoken need. Microsoft Office suite and PC proficiency; experience in Quickbooks is helpful Strong data entry skills and attention to detail High energy level, can-do attitude, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and in a team environment
