What you'll do
:



As a key contributor to the Production facility in Pleasanton, California, this role includes the following job responsibilities:



Develop and optimize nanofabrication processes that include photolithography, metal deposition, liftoff and metrology Hands-on support and sustain wafer manufacturing operations Take ownership of tools and processes. Plan and execute project management and tool monitoring Establish Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and execute SPC process control Work with a multidisciplinary team to meet escalating customer deliveries Identify, facilitate, and prioritize opportunities for improvement.

Who you are:


B.S., M.S, or Ph.D. degrees in science and engineering disciplines Hands-on fabrication process engineering experiences Knowledge and experience in fabrication tools Always maintain the highest degree of personal safety, honesty and integrity Strong ownership and accountability Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen / Green Card holders only )
