We are a casual, service-driven Restaurant + Marketplace + Coffee Shop that serves high quality Spirits, Beer, Food, Coffee, and Donuts! WHO WE ARE
O.H.S.O. Brewery + Distillery is a local restaurant, brewery, and distillery that is a dog-friendly, social hot-spot with four locations across the valley. Each location has the same casual neighborhood vibe with their own personalities. Guests can brew their own beer at our nano-brewery in Arcadia, tour our distillery in North Scottsdale, dine in the middle of our two-story brewery in Gilbert, or check out our production facility in Paradise Valley.

Little O’s Marketplace is a new concept within the O.H.S.O. Brewery+Distillery family. What will make this place unique to our well known O.H.S.O. brand will be an added coffee, donuts, breakfast menu (unlike our famous Beer/Mimosa Brunch) and “grab and go” marketplace. Little O’s Marketplace will still be like your neighborhood watering hole and we will have a full restaurant with attractive patio seating and an indoor/outdoor bar, but the additional coffee/morning breakfast service and cute marketplace will separate us from the rest! And don’t forget, we brew our own beer and distill our own spirits at our O.H.S.O. locations so we will always have those on hand at Little O’s Marketplace. Order it and enjoy it on the property, or take it home and share with the family!

We are all about creating unique and approachable beer and spirits in a fun, open environment. All of our locations feature expansive dog-friendly patios complete with water dishes, house-made dog treats, and plenty of attention. Come by for our happy hour during the week and our beer brunch on the weekends. Whether you are looking for a unique venue for your next group event or a night out with family there is something for everyone — especially the dog(s)!

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Line cooks are responsible for the preparation of food before and after cooking with regards to our standards and recipes. You will be assigned the task of preparing the food in a specific area or along the line in our kitchen such as saute or the grill. Your duties will also include assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions Clean up station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Food Handler's Card -2 years experience * Proficient skills on Prep, Saute, Salad, and Grill stations preferred -Must be able to multi-task and manage time well $15 - $20
