Job Description

Qualification and reliability revaluation of 3D NAND products;

Design and coordination for the test flow, test spec and data analysis for large customers. Developing and validating the Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) that is used in the qualification.

Detecting and understanding failures modes during qualifications and reliability evaluations, as well as identifying the root cause in order to obtain solutions to complex technical problems;

Performing failure analysis (FA), especially electrical measurement and FA program development, based on advanced understanding of NAND design and device in order to pinpoint the failures in the memory/peripheral circuits. Locating and correcting the bug/errors ranged from test program to system design of the test station.

Conducting fab correlation with reliability degradation to help further process optimization on newer products;

Correlating qualification data to the fab and die-sort measurement to detect the anomaly or optimize the parametric in the fab process. Correlating the device/circuit failures to the cleanroom process. Working closely with different teams on the failure/root cause analysis in order to optimize product development and ensure product and customer standards are met.
Qualifications
Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics, or a related field. It requires in-depth knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or nano-electronics, familiarity with advanced semiconductor processing technologies, and knowledge in statistical methods for experimental design and data analysis. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Good Problem-solving skills demonstrating good analytical capabilities, sound technical foundations, and creativity. Feel comfortable to solve new problems outside your domain. Familiarity with coding languages (such as Python and Perl) is an advantage.
Knowledge of non-volatile memory and/or emerging memory is a plus.
