As an Application Manager, you are the link between customers and our sales and development departments. By working alongside the sales team, acting as the key technical advisor and product advocate. The Application Engineer must be able to identify customers’ needs, provide reliable printed solutions/devices and manage post sales technical support on the creation of Additively Manufactured Electronic (AME) products. In this role you will work hands-on with the most advanced Additively Manufactured Electronics equipment. You can also expect traveling as well as attending trade shows and conferences.


Key Responsibilities


Work within pre-established, product development guidelines and instructions to help prospects and customers to define solutions, providing process application recommendations. Be an evangelist on the adoption of additively manufactured electronic devices via customer education, tools usage and design consideration support. Interpret customer performance requirements and coordinate proper benchmark execution. Exercise diplomacy in resolving conflicting customer performance expectations. Collaborate with other company applications engineering members in the design and development of use cases. Assist in internal test and R&D efforts. Lead or assist in the development of technical white papers, application notes, and design guides.
Requirements:
BSc. in Electrical Engineering 5+ years of hands-on experience in either: RF, digital or power circuits designs and device fabrications. 5+ years of experience in managing hardware engineers. A team player who effectively collaborates across departments. Customer minded, service-oriented person. Clear, respective, effective oral and written communications skills. Attention to details, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving capabilities. High results-driven attitude. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Proficient with eCAD.
