WHO WE ARE
O.H.S.O. Brewery + Distillery is a local restaurant, brewery, and distillery that is a dog-friendly, social hot-spot with four locations across the valley. Each location has the same casual neighborhood vibe with their own personalities. Guests can brew their own beer at our nano-brewery in Arcadia, tour our distillery in North Scottsdale, dine in the middle of our two-story brewery in Gilbert, or check out our production facility in Paradise Valley. We are all about creating unique and approachable beer and spirits in a fun, open environment. All of our locations feature expansive dog-friendly patios complete with water dishes, house-made dog treats, and plenty of attention. Come by for our happy hour during the week and our beer brunch on the weekends. Whether you are looking for a unique venue for your next group event or a night out with family there is something for everyone — especially the dog(s)!

JOB DESCRIPTION
Bartenders provide top-notch customer service while maintaining control of the bar, making drinks for bar and restaurant patrons, and handling financial transactions. You must have extensive knowledge of liquor mixed drinks, wine and our craft beer and spirits. Thinking quickly, awareness of surroundings and monitoring patrons for signs that they have had too much alcohol are also required skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders. Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials. Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers. Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol. Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked. Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations. Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register. Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment. Title 4 Liquor Certification 2 Years of Recent Bartending Experience Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. At least 21 years old Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
