About the Brand Partnerships Manager Position:


We are seeking a client-facing sales manager to work on the strategy and casting team at Lytehouse. Work with the Vice President of Brand Partnerships to secure effective influencer campaigns with measurable results for a wide variety of clients including fashion, beauty, tech, and lifestyle brands. Successful candidates must have 3+ years of agency and/or influencer marketing experience and must be familiar with social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TIkTok, etc) and influencers across each. Candidates must also be comfortable taking on a sales goal, handling large budgets, setting program benchmarks, and building out robust digital marketing programs set against specific program KPIs. The ideal individual is knowledgeable and experienced in paid media strategies across various social platforms.


Responsibilities include:


Work with clients to determine objectives, goals, KPI's, strategies and tactics. Ideate and develop creative influencer campaigns for our existing clients, includes building out sales decks and target lists. Effectively manage multiple client accounts that oversee large-scale programs while ensuring that all clients feel as if they are the top priority. Strong knowledge of the influencer space - must be familiar with influencers and fees. Negotiate and set appropriate budgets and benchmarks for programs. Respond to incoming requests and present innovative approaches to partnering with influencers across all verticals and calibers. Maintain relationships with influencers, agencies and brands directly. Actively source, evaluate, and negotiate strong partnerships with social influencers, content creators and influencer agencies Actively identify and cultivate new communities of influencers as well as new channel expansion opportunities to reach our target customers and extend our reach Manage client contracts and SOWs. Strong understanding of marketing jargon, CPMs, CPEs, ROA, etc. Identify new business opportunities for the agency. Keep informed of industry trends, technology platforms, social platforms, events and deals. Assist in forecasting trends in the influencers space, upcoming platforms, growing talent, brands spending, etc. Assist in forming sales strategies to keep Socialyte competitive and innovative Suggest new ways to innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach, staying on top of the latest trends Review and analyze sales performances (ROI) against programs to determine effectiveness for future programs. Mentor your peers, junior team members, or people in the wider business. Be a team player with a willingness to solve problems and get things done.

Skills & Qualifications:



3+ years experience in brand marketing / influencer marketing or communications with proven results. Experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, or public relations preferred. Is a self-starter, and is comfortable with aggressive sales targets / numbersoriented. Ability to leverage varying levels of influencers for various campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives including micro, nano, and mid-tier, macro, and celebrity level talents. Multi-channel marketing experience with understanding of reach, engagement, and acquisition, metrics. Experience answering RFPs and creative briefs and working with creative teams to deliver compelling best-in-class creative content and campaigns. Balance of creative and analytical thinking. Ability to manage projects independently. Experience building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. Fluent in both organic influencer and paid channel strategies. Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Outstanding written and verbal communications skills. Desire to flourish in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial and proactive spirit You are a team player with a willingness to get in the weeds and get things done. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to build sales decks. Comfortable and strong presentation and public speaking skills. Demonstrates a strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to prioritize focus and multi-task. Love of skincare, fashion, social media, pop-culture, health & wellness, tech, and lifestyle brands.
