WHO WE ARE
O.H.S.O. Brewery + Distillery is a local restaurant, brewery, and distillery that is a dog-friendly, social hot-spot with four locations across the valley. Each location has the same casual neighborhood vibe with their own personalities. Guests can brew their own beer at our nano-brewery in Arcadia, tour our distillery in North Scottsdale, dine in the middle of our two-story brewery in Gilbert, or check out our production facility in Paradise Valley. We are all about creating unique and approachable beer and spirits in a fun, open environment. All of our locations feature expansive dog-friendly patios complete with water dishes, house-made dog treats, and plenty of attention. Come by for our happy hour during the week and our beer brunch on the weekends. Whether you are looking for a unique venue for your next group event or a night out with family there is something for everyone — especially the dog(s)!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains inventory levels and purchasing-Ensures operational standards and goals. Responsible for all daily paperwork. Oversees development and growth of employees. Ensures team is knowledgeable of job expectations. Understand the guest needs and exceeding their expectations. Manage and develop team. Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales Maintain safe working conditions Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives. Schedule and oversee staff departments. ServSafe Certificate
Title 4 Liquor Certificate

Your Experience
Candidates should possess at least 2-5 years of food & beverage experience in a management capacity in a full service, high-volume restaurant. Demonstrated knowledge of product, service, and quality operational standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You're passionate about creating dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations. You are caring, self-motivated and can demonstrate high levels of leading and coaching skills.
