We are looking for a Program Manager to support our Nano Dimension / TTM Technologies collaboration site as well as all other strategic partnerships. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Stafford Springs day to day activities. You will also function as the backup for the Program Manager in the Boston HQ, when necessary. Being the main point of contact for all strategic partners is also a very important responsibility of this role.

Responsibilities
Your leadership skills and project management abilities will create a world class experience for our customers and employees in the New England area. Leading the technical project plans, this individual defines long term strategic initiatives, and ensures program objectives and contractual requirements or customer expectations are met., including required scope, cost and schedule constraints. You are also responsible for interaction with major customers and division leadership to review technical capabilities and project status. Most importantly, you will be an integral and crucial part in building our growing company!
Developing and integrating project plans across a variety of team throughout the entire lifecycle of projects and will serve as liaison between the project teams, finance, planning, scheduling and management.
Directs all phases of product development through prototype demonstration, customer training, and logistics support. Ability to establish plans concerning change management processes related to statement of work changes within projects. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities. Works with key defense customers to develop long term partnerships for next generation electronics development. Develops connections with key commercial and government partners while sharing the Nano technology and ecosystem goals. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs, proposals, and/or or subsystems of major programs. Leads in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and contractual terms and conditions. Partners with business development and capture leaders to cultivate future contract opportunities that expand existing product lines with new or existing customers. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program challenges and drives to solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Coordinates program workload, team skillset selection, training recommendations, personnel growth, and performance feedback. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
Requirements:
US Citizenship or Green Card (permanent resident) Bachelor's degree (BS) in Engineering or a science technical discipline; Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Manager Professional (PgMP) certification is preferred. Experience with DoD contractors is highly preferred. 6-10 years of related experience. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job. Has prior leadership responsibility for 4 or more years including management of multiple teams and projects. Comprehensive knowledge and overall understanding of multiple engineering and/or scientific fields and specialized product/system integration requirements. Ability to apply and integrate knowledge of other related engineering areas or experts to create differentiated competitive advantage. Proficient with project management, engineering documentation, and engineering analysis tools. Experience with comprehensive program reviews and/or other customer requirements, industry practices, regulations, and policies. Knowledge of competitor and industry practices, government regulations, and internal policies. Effective speaker and presenter; serves as a spokesperson or in a liaison role with universities and other research institutions and industry associations. Ability to respond to significant inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or other internal teams. Experience with resource allocation and budgeting. Dynamic and very eager to win individual. Thrives on working in highly dynamic and uncertain environments. Ability to travel 40%.
