Job Duties:
Schedule appointments and transportation for residents. Assist in developing nursing diagnosis and problem identification for the plan of care based on residents’ needs. Gather information for assessments and support, promote and protect resident rights. Direct and coordinate work flow. Demonstrate qualities of a caring role model, a team builder and an excellent communicator.
Education and Experience:
Current LPN license to practice in the state of South Dakota. Previous experience in geriatric or medical or surgical preferred. Experience in dealing with the public and clients required. CPR certified.

Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 7:00am-3:00pm , 7:00am-7:30pm; 72hrs/2wks
