Marketing Communications Executive

At Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology, we provide tools for the engineering of micro- and nano-structures, with customers using our process solutions to research and produce materials and semiconductors vital for everything from medical devices and diagnostics, to electric cars and quantum computers.

We are recruiting for a Marketing & Communications Executive to provide professional support to our Marketing & Communications team. As a Marketing & Communications Executive, you will be co-ordinating events, marketing communications (including email campaigns, webinars, website, intranet, and other communications content) and providing support to the Marketing Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Design, implement and report on email campaigns executed using marketing automation software, including setting up comprehensive workflow campaigns to continually nurture new leads Work with the Digital Marketing Executive to create quality lead generation campaigns for both systems/process solutions and support offerings Manage the organisation of our global events list, from booking and logistics, to booth concept and promotion. Also support the organisation of Oxford Instruments’ global seminars and workshops
Manage and grow the presence on all social media platforms, maintaining a regular social media schedule, in particular LinkedIn Identify external webinar opportunities and manage the organisation, promotion, live event, lead follow up and reporting Coordinate our annual process news publication and work with our Graphic Designer to create the finished publication Manage internal communications including quarterly newsletter, manage the Plasma Technology company intranet, and supporting HR with other ad hoc internal comms as required
Liaise with suppliers to reorder and keep stock of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers and promotional items.
Coordinate the creation of product and people photography as needed. Support the Graphic Designer on identifying sales enablement tools that need updating, to ensure compliance with the latest brand guidelines Scriptwriting, editing and working with external videographer to produce promotional videos (or in house if you have this skillset) Produce customer case studies and other promotional collateral Manage distribution of new marketing content to sales teams and agents Work with the regional marketing teams to ensure that content is localised.

Education / Qualifications:
Graduate with significant experience working in marcomms
Marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent) .

Professional Skills/ Abilities:
Significant marketing experience
Strong experience in email marketing plus familiarity with other marketing channels including social media, content marketing, and webinars
Lead generation experience
Good knowledge of content creation, email, and social media channels
CRM system experience
High level of skill in MS office, especially Power Point
Website CMS experience (Desired)
Video editing skills would be advantageous but not essential
Excellent copy writing skills
