Digital Marketing Apprentice

Bona Fide (part of Campus Industries) is an exciting new nano and micro influencer platform connecting brands to real people with genuine passions.


Our influencers (whether they have 500 or 50,000 followers) are real people that we bring together with brands based upon their passions, location and age, to share and create genuine content and build audiences.


We are based in Leeds and operate across the UK, working with a wide range of industry-leading brands.


Overview:


We are looking for a capable, creative and communicative individual who is willing to learn and commit to extending their knowledge base and applying this to your day-to-day work for Bona Fide.


You will join a company that is forward-thinking in its approach to connecting brands with influencers that will help them grow authentically.


You will be working with our multi-talented team as a digital marketer helping to manage our influencers.


Most importantly, you will be a great person to work with and great at what you do.


What you will do:


The role demands the ability to work as part of a team, contributing ideas and helping to shape marketing campaigns.


Once trained the role will include:


Working with nano-influencers; contributing ideas to help connect them with brands Working with the team to help create effective and exciting campaigns Conducting your own technical analysis and interpreting web analytics to identify issues and proposing solutions and technical recommendations. Use Google Analytics to report and make informed suggestions Carrying out architecture, content, and backlink audits Planning, making recommendations and implementation of technical SEO strategies. SEO Copywriting (proofreading and reworking for SEO benefit) Keyword research & targeting Building your own PPC campaigns Measure performance of PPC campaigns and manage the day-to-day optimisation Work with our own team to pull together a digital marketing roadmap WordPress - Web content updates and maintenance Put forward new innovative suggestions and work with Marketing personnel to implement these

Desired skills and Personal qualities:


Excellent communication skills Good spelling/grammar/ eye for detail and the confidence to copy check IT literate Creative and idea-driven Knowledge of social Media Personal experience of marketing ideal (e.g. working on a social media campaign) Knowledge of SEO ideal A positive and forward-thinking attitude with a ‘can do’ approach to tasks A great team-player

Entry requirements:


You need to have 5 GCSE’s


Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above 3x GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject

You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.


If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Salary:


£12,000 per annum.


Hours:


09:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.


To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
