Over the past two years we have successfully built, deployed, and connected thousands of our customer's IoT devices to our nano-satellite backhaul enabling them to transfer data for tracking and managing their assets.
To support our business we are looking to employ a full-time Accounts Officer to look after Accounts Payable and Receivable, provide support to the Finance and Procurement team, and assist with additional finance and admin duties in line with business requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable in a fast-paced environment
Enter bills and receipts into the ERP system
Process bill and credit card payments
Accurately maintain filing systems
Manage PR sheet
Raise and manage purchase orders
Update inventory system
Manage supplier relationships
Raise and track invoices
Debt collection and processing
Assist with financial reporting to senior management where required
Manage sales orders, customer invoices, and reconciliation of statements
Provide ongoing finance and administration support as required
KEY EXPERIENCE:
Strong administrative and financial skills with experience from a similar role
Experience working for a small to medium sized company
Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Strong experience with Xero, Myob, or similar web based accounting platform
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to establish positive organisational relationships
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Graduate Diploma or higher in Accounting or Finance
3+ years experience in a similar role
