Vice President of Marketing

META is looking for a Vice President of Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s global marketing strategy. You will provide strategic leadership and develop and execute a corporate marketing plan, manage a talented marketing team, generate sales leads, and report against strategic marketing KPIs. Reporting to the CEO and in close collaboration with sales, product development, and R&D, you’ll drive the market intelligence process that identifies trends that indicate the need for new or changing products and services.

What You'll Do:


Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and revenue goals Develop and manage a global marketing budget, measuring and optimizing marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and demonstrate ROI Develop overall consumer marketing strategy, which includes optimal allocation of marketing mix to drive quality inbound customer sales leads. Define and establish clear metrics designed to measure the return on investment for all marketing activities and report accordingly Work closely with the sales and business development departments to align marketing strategies Together with Product Management, support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels Spearhead the digital marketing strategy with a focus on client experience, revenue growth and marketing efficiencies Serve as an innovative brand ambassador internally and externally, creating smart, engaging, creative content and messaging Help define company positioning and messaging for existing and future products. Own product positioning, messaging, and content to amplify benefits and differentiators, targeting different industries, segments, and personas Work closely with the sales and business development teams to identify, support, and manage tradeshow activity Support development of channel strategies, with direct ownership over eCommerce Build, inspire, coach and lead a marketing department that delivers against marketing goals, with clearly defined roles, career paths, succession plans, and employee success strategies Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives

Qualifications and Requirements:



Demonstrated experience in lead generation and growth marketing, creating and executing successful global marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels, product marketing, product lifecycle management, brand strategy marketing and competitive analysis, financial acumen and analytical capabilities 15 + years of proven success in a senior marketing leadership role, along with considerable knowledge in implementation of marketing strategies Direct experience in both upstream and downstream strategic marketing, with track record for successful product launches Prior marketing leadership experience in a successful, rapidly scaling environment and expertise in B2B marketing within high-growth technology brands Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic innovation-oriented work environment Must be a creative, flexible, hands-on marketer that’s comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to get the job done even in the face of time, budget, and resource constraints Strong budget management and marketing measurement skills with a track record of managing budgets Demonstrated international marketing experience and brand development Excellent experience and knowledge of current marketing methodologies and strategies with the ability to transfer knowledge into executed strategies Proficiency with Marketing Automation tools Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication with solid ability to design, develop and facilitate marketing presentations and meetings Proven leader who has built, scaled and led high performing marketing teams (> 5 team members) Outstanding experience and knowledge across the entire marketing spectrum, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing and performance marketing Agency experience would be an asset International travel required
