As a Facility Support Technician, You will be working directly with our facility manager and different team members to keep our facility and process equipment operational and well maintained.
Our state of the art facility houses several semiconductor, high precision and mechanical tools. We use these tools to perform modern day alchemy converting raw materials into high value products and components for our customers and partners. Your role and responsibilities in keeping the tools and facility operational and well maintained will directly help in delivering great products to our customers.
The TOOLS YOU need to do the job
Mechanical, or electrical or other related degrees 3+ years of related experience Equipment or maintenance experience in semiconductor, or other high-precision electronics, manufacturing setups Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) Working great as a team member Proactive and independent thinker and doer with a mindset on continuous improvement Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and understand personal workload capacity

Receive training on VueReal’s logistics, inventories, and office activities Learn and receive training on related VueReal’s software and system platforms Help to establish our work environment, and safeguard our culture Participate in team building events in all capacity
YOUR typical day post our integration phase
Become an integral team member to support the up to 24/7 operation of the VueReal Advanced Nano Center Take ownership of aspects of cleanroom operations (including scheduling, preparation of scope of work, enforcement of policies & procedures, maintenance, repairs, etc.) Be the first point of contact for failure or issues with the equipment assigned to you - including during off hours during critical activities Maintaining the cleanroom and lab facilities by ensuring all required maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment performance standards are always met Overseeing the installation of the new tools/equipment you will be responsible for Supporting the Facility Manager as needed in any other areas of the facility that require additional support Create and keep reports on cleanroom status updated and accurate for data collection and continuous improvement Develop relationships with support vendors for the equipment to ensure the highest level of performance from VueReal’s equipment Keeping the mechanical room (HVAC system, ROI water, DI water, heating and cooling system, clean air system, gas distribution systems, and other supporting equipment) of our cleanroom operational Performing and arranging for regular maintenance on for mechanical room equipments
Keeping the mechanical facility a safe environment for all users by: Complying and being active in health and safety policy for cleanrooms and lab facilities and different tools/equipment; Strictly enforcing health and safety policies; Daily monitoring and reporting related to health and safety within the facility; Assisting with regular reviews with all stakeholders; Reviewing safety and hazardous materials training with all users on a recurring basis;
