Your Impact:
We’re seeking a talented Contract Administration Professional to join our contracts team where you'll have the opportunity to impact the contracting process from beginning to end for multiple highly specialized sustainable manufacturing, nanoscience, semiconductor and data center clients and facilities. In this role, you'll work remotely and ideally reside close to either Philadelphia PA, Houston TX, Greenville SC, or Portalnd OR. You’ll work closely with our sales, operations, legal, procurement and key stakeholder teams to prepare, review and revise contractual documents with a variety of multinational clients.
We’ll rely on you to follow our governance requirements, work processes, and guidelines when reviewing or preparing contract documents. We’ll lean on you to present and explain contract terms to our sales and project teams. You’ll apply your contract skills to review client terms and conditions and may participate in negotiations with our legal department. You’ll use your organizational and time management skills to prioritize your work and manage your time efficiently. We’ll rely on you to collaborate with others to ensure consistency and continuity in our contracts. Your keen ability to communicate effectively and tackle challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or an additional 2 years’ experience in lieu of degree. Minimum of 5 years directly applicable contracting experience in the private sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
8 plus years directly applicable contracting experience in the private sector. Experience working for an engineering, construction, or manufacturing company.
