Temporary Graduate Mechanical Engineer

The Temporary Graduate Mechanical Engineer will work in the Product Engineering team enhancing Andor’s innovative scientific product portfolio and providing technical support. The role extends to mechanical design and development of scientific cameras and high end opto-mechanical mechanisms, engineering change management within a production environment, bill of material management, one-off customer special request support and development, support for customer queries and production technical support.

This is a fixed term contract for 6 months with possibility of extension based at our Belfast heaquarters.

The Temporary Graduate Mechanical Engineer will have:
2.1 (or higher) BSc/BEng qualification in Mechanical engineering (or similar discipline) or equivalent qualification
Proficient in using Solidworks
Able to produce technical drawings
